No. At Paraiso De La Bonita, all gratuities — including for your Diamond Club™ personal butler — are fully included in the all-inclusive rate. Tipping is never expected or required. Your butler is a salaried team member committed to providing exceptional service as standard. Some guests choose to express appreciation with a personal gesture at the end of their stay, but this is entirely optional and not expected.
3. Can I upgrade to Diamond Club™ after booking my room?
Diamond Club™ upgrades may be available depending on suite inventory. To request an upgrade, contact reservations at reservationscun@royaltonresorts.com before arrival — the earlier the request, the better the availability. On-property upgrades at check-in may be possible but are not guaranteed. Diamond Club™ cannot be added mid-stay.
