WEDDING FAQs
Here's What You Need to Know Before You Say "I Do"
1. When do I need to make the final payment for my wedding?
Payment in full is due 45 days prior to the event for all services. This ensures we have enough time to coordinate with vendors and prepare for your big day.
2. What’s the difference between a legal and symbolic ceremony?
A legal ceremony is recognized by the government and requires document preparation in advance (such as valid passports, birth certificates, and other specific paperwork based on your nationality). A symbolic ceremony, on the other hand, is not legally binding and offers more flexibility with location and ceremony details.
3. Can I host a beach ceremony or reception?
Yes! Beach ceremonies are included in certain wedding packages, and if you choose the Luxury package, there may be an additional fee for a beach reception. Check with your wedding planner to discuss all the details.
4. What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
We always have a Plan B in place! If rain is expected, we’ll work with you to adjust the plans accordingly. This may include moving the ceremony indoors to one of our beautiful venues.
5. Are there any restrictions on outside vendors?
You can hire outside vendors, but an additional fee may apply. Restrictions include things like no drones for photographers and no décor from outside DJs. Please consult your wedding planner for the full details.
