Can I upgrade to Diamond Club™ after I've already booked?
Yes. Diamond Club™ upgrades are available at time of booking — select any Diamond Club™ room category at royaltonresorts.com. Upgrades can also be requested at check-in subject to availability. To upgrade in advance of your arrival, contact our reservations team at reservationsRRC-CUN@Royaltonresorts.com. During peak season, Diamond Club™ categories book out early — we recommend upgrading at the time of booking.
