The Butler training program at Royalton CHIC Antigua was comprehensive, including rigorous classroom sessions and on-the-job training. Trainees were coached by a Head Master, certified by the Hospitality and Butler organization, a representative of the British Butler Institute, ensuring they met the highest standards. This intensive training guarantees that butler trainees are well-equipped to deliver the exceptional, personalized care that guests have come to expect from Blue Diamond Resorts.
