What are the advantages of Online Room Selection?

With Online Room Selection, you will be able to choose the exact location and room number for your stay at our hotel. Would you rather prefer ocean view sights or pool view sights, looking out to be at a quieter area of the hotel, or do you prefer to stay close to the restaurant? You can even choose the bed type of your preference using our interactive Online Room Selection Digital Twin and use the features filter to narrow down your selection. In some cases, the hotel may not be able to provide the selected room due to internal operating procedures, e.g. repairs. In this case, an equivalent replacement room will be allocated to you.

When can I use Online Room Selection? (*)

You can use Online Room Selection from the day of your booking until 5 (*) days before arrival.

* Change the amount of days according to the release configured in Hotelverse.

What information do I need to be able to use Online Room Selection?

If you made your booking directly at the hotel’s website, you would only need to provide your booking locator.

If you made your booking through a third-party channel (OTA, Tour Operator, Travel Agency etc.), we will require you to provide more information so that we can offer you the selection of rooms available for your booking. In this case, you will need to provide:

  • Booking channel
  • Booking locator
  • Dates of your stay
  • Amount of people traveling
  • Room type booked
  • Name
  • Surname
  • E-mail address

How much does it cost to use Online Room Selection?

You will see different prices for each room number depending on the features. Rooms with better views might have a slightly higher price, for example.

How do I pay for using Online Room Selection?

Payment for choosing your room will be made on site at the hotel.

What are the booking conditions to use Online Room Selection?

Online Room Selection is an on-request service, meaning that confirmation of the final room number will depend on the final availability on the day of your arrival. If the chosen room number can be assigned to your booking, you will be required to pay the selection price as informed to you by email.

What do I need to submit upon arriving on site at the hotel?

To ensure that you have all the information you need at your arrival, we will send you an email containing information about your room selection. If you have not received an email with this information, please contact the hotel directly.

When can I enter my selected room on the day of arrival or how long can I stay in it on the day of departure?

Check-in and check-out times are not affected by the room selection and will be the same as indicated on the hotel information website.

If I upgrade my room type, will it be confirmed immediately?

Room upgrades require previous hotel confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation if the upgrade was possible.

What happens if I change my booking dates?

If you change your booking dates, your room selection will be lost, and you will need to select the room number again.

How do I find the room that best adapts to my preferences?

To find the perfect room for your stay, you can use the Features filter. You will find a list of most relevant features, including bed type, views, sunlight, room size, among other amenities. Clicking through the different features, you will see the facades and specific rooms highlighted, so that you can quickly find the rooms that fit your preferences.

Can I change my room assignment if I have already chosen it?

To change the room assignment if you already have chosen it, you will need to contact the hotel directly so that they can remove the room assignment. You will then be able to select a new room.

Is it possible to cancel or change my Online Room Selection selection?

To cancel or change your room selection, please contact the hotel directly. If you have canceled your reservation, the room will be released automatically, and no cost will be applied.

I would like to use Online Room Selection, but my booking cannot be not found.

Please check your booking locator and make sure that you have chosen the correct booking channel. Note that the search is case sensitive.

If you are sure that the booking information provided is correct, but you are still unable to use Online Room Selection, please contact the hotel directly.

Why can I not choose today or tomorrow as my arrival date?

Unfortunately, and for operational reasons, we require you to select your room previously.

How can I use Online Room Selection for more than one room?

If you have booked more than one room, this option is currently unavailable. Please contact the hotel directly if you need more information.

Why are no available rooms shown?

There are several possibilities why no available rooms are shown.

Possibility 1: the facade that you are looking at has all of the rooms occupied for the selected dates. Select another facade of the hotel to find available rooms.

Possibility 2: all rooms possible to be selected have already been assigned. Note that the hotel might consider reserving some rooms for operational purposes. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Possibility 3: check the room information data provided. If you selected the wrong room type or provided wrong dates, there may be no selection possible.

I have not received an email confirmation for my Online Room Selection.
