Promoción: “Si México Gana, Ganamos Todos”
1. PROMOCIÓN
La presente promoción es ofrecida por los Hoteles Participantes (según se definen más adelante). Reserve una estancia en cualquiera de los siguientes hoteles Royalton en México: Royalton Riviera Cancun, Royalton Hideaway Cancun, Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, Royalton CHIC Cancun, Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton, Planet Hollywood Cancun Adult Scene by Royalton, Royalton Vessence Cancun, Mystique Holbox by Royalton y Paraiso de la Bonita (en conjunto, los “Hoteles Participantes”), del 1 de abril de 2026 al 31 de mayo de 2026 (el “Periodo Promocional”), para estancias comprendidas entre el 1 de abril de 2026 y el 30 de septiembre de 2026.
En caso de que la selección nacional masculina de fútbol asociación de México resulte ganadora del partido final del torneo internacional de fútbol que se celebrará el 19 de julio de 2026 (el “Partido Final”), los participantes elegibles recibirán una (1) estancia futura de cortesía en el mismo hotel originalmente reservado durante el Periodo Promocional, sujeta a los presentes términos y condiciones.
Para efectos de esta promoción, el resultado del Partido Final se determinará con base en el marcador oficial publicado por la autoridad deportiva correspondiente al término del partido, independientemente de cualquier revisión, apelación o resolución posterior.
2. PERIODO PROMOCIONAL Y ELEGIBILIDAD
Para participar en la presente promoción, deberán cumplirse todas y cada una de las siguientes condiciones:

La reservación deberá realizarse a través del sitio web de Royalton, su centro de reservaciones, operadores turísticos, agencias de viajes o plataformas de reservación en línea de terceros, durante el Periodo Promocional, para cualquiera de los Hoteles Participantes;
-
La estancia correspondiente a dicha reservación deberá llevarse a cabo entre el 1 de abril de 2026 y el 30 de septiembre de 2026;
-
La estancia deberá haberse completado y pagado en su totalidad. Las reservaciones canceladas o en condición de no presentación (no-show) no serán elegibles;
-
La promoción aplica exclusivamente a nuevas reservaciones realizadas durante el Periodo Promocional y no será aplicable a modificaciones de reservaciones existentes; y
-
Los participantes deberán:
-
Ser de nacionalidad mexicana, lo cual deberá acreditarse mediante identificación oficial vigente;
-
Haber realizado una reservación dentro del Periodo Promocional; y
-
Haber completado y pagado su estancia dentro del periodo elegible.

La elegibilidad será determinada por los Hoteles Participantes conforme a los presentes términos y condiciones, y dicha determinación será definitiva y vinculante.
3. CONDICIÓN DE ACTIVACIÓN
La presente promoción será válida únicamente en caso de que la selección nacional mayor masculina de fútbol asociación de México resulte ganadora del partido final del torneo internacional de fútbol a celebrarse el día 19 de julio de 2026. Para efectos de esta promoción, el resultado será determinado con base en el marcador oficial publicado por la autoridad deportiva correspondiente al finalizar el partido, independientemente de posteriores revisiones, apelaciones o resoluciones.
4. ESTANCIA DE CORTESÍA
En caso de que la selección nacional masculina de fútbol asociación de México resulte ganadora del Partido Final conforme a los presentes términos y condiciones, los participantes elegibles recibirán una (1) estancia futura de cortesía, sujeta a las siguientes condiciones:

En el mismo hotel originalmente reservado;
-
Por el mismo número de noches de la estancia original;
-
En la misma categoría de habitación originalmente reservada o en una categoría inferior. En caso de no existir disponibilidad en dicha categoría, podrá asignarse una categoría inferior conforme a la elegibilidad, ocupación original y disponibilidad dentro del inventario promocional asignado;
-
Por el mismo número de habitaciones incluidas en la reservación original;
-
Para el mismo número de ocupantes (adultos y menores) que en la reservación original; y
-
Bajo el mismo plan de alimentos correspondiente a la reservación original (es decir, todo incluido o plan europeo).
No se permitirá:
-
Modificar la proporción de adultos y menores;
-
Incrementar el número total de ocupantes;
-
Incrementar el número de habitaciones;
-
Sustituir adultos por menores o viceversa;
-
Mejoras (upgrades) en la categoría de habitación.
En caso de que la categoría de habitación originalmente reservada no se encuentre disponible dentro del inventario promocional, podrá confirmarse una categoría inferior que cumpla con las condiciones de ocupación original. En dichos casos, no procederá compensación, reembolso, diferencia tarifaria ni crédito alguno.
La estancia de cortesía aplica exclusivamente sobre la tarifa base de hospedaje bajo el plan de alimentos correspondiente a la reservación original (todo incluido o plan europeo), y excluye cualquier diferencia derivada de variaciones estacionales, fluctuaciones tarifarias, mejoras de categoría o condiciones especiales de mercado.
5. PERIODO DE REDENCIÓN Y RESTRICCIONES
La estancia de cortesía deberá utilizarse entre el 1 de enero de 2027 y el 23 de diciembre de 2027, sujeta a disponibilidad dentro del inventario promocional asignado, el cual es limitado, controlado y determinado exclusivamente para efectos de esta promoción.
Fechas restringidas (blackout dates):
La estancia de cortesía no podrá ser utilizada durante las siguientes fechas:

Del 21 de marzo de 2027 al 1 de abril de 2027;
-
Del 11 de septiembre de 2027 al 13 de septiembre de 2027.
La disponibilidad no está garantizada y estará sujeta a disponibilidad al momento de la solicitud, la cual podrá variar según el hotel, la temporada, días festivos y periodos vacacionales. Las fechas restringidas y límites de inventario serán confirmados al momento de solicitar la redención.
6. PROCESO DE REDENCIÓN
La solicitud de redención deberá realizarse con al menos treinta (30) días naturales de anticipación a la fecha de llegada solicitada. El titular de la reservación deberá:

Enviar por correo electrónico(y presentar al momento del check-in) lo siguiente:

Confirmación de la reservación original;

Código de reservación visible; e

Identificación oficial con fotografía que acredite la nacionalidad mexicana.

Podrá solicitarse información adicional para verificar la elegibilidad del participante, la cual deberá ser proporcionada de manera oportuna para poder procesar la solicitud.
7. CONDICIONES DE USO
El titular de la reservación original deberá viajar. Los acompañantes podrán ser modificados, siempre que no se exceda el número total de ocupantes de la reservación original y se respete la composición entre adultos y menores.
No se permitirá:
-
Sustituir adultos por menores o viceversa;
-
Exceder el número original de huéspedes.
La estancia deberá utilizarse en una sola ocasión y no podrá dividirse en múltiples estancias.
8. RESTRICCIONES
La estancia de cortesía es personal e intransferible. No tiene valor en efectivo ni podrá ser canjeada por dinero, servicios alternativos o créditos. No podrá ser vendida, cedida ni comercializada. No es acumulable ni combinable con otras promociones u ofertas, y no aplica para reservaciones de grupos, eventos, bodas, convenciones ni cualquier tipo de reservación grupal.
9. EXCLUSIONES
La estancia de cortesía incluye únicamente el hospedaje en la categoría de habitación aplicable y el mismo plan de alimentos (todo incluido o plan europeo) originalmente contratado. No incluye costos incidentales como transporte aéreo o terrestre, traslados, excursiones, seguros, visados, impuestos, propinas o consumos adicionales.
Tampoco incluye servicios de spa, cabañas privadas, licores premium o experiencias personalizadas. Cualquier servicio o producto adicional consumido durante la estancia original no generará derecho alguno durante la estancia de cortesía. Cualquier consumo adicional deberá ser cubierto directamente por el huésped conforme a las tarifas vigentes.
10. CANCELACIONES Y MODIFICACIONES
La reservación original deberá haberse completado y pagado en su totalidad. Las cancelaciones o no presentaciones (no-show) invalidarán la participación. Cualquier modificación a la reservación original podrá afectar la elegibilidad. En caso de cancelación de la estancia redimida, esta se considerará como utilizada y no podrá ser reprogramada.
11. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
Los Hoteles Participantes y sus afiliados no serán responsables por la reprogramación o cancelación del evento deportivo por cualquier causa, ni por la imposibilidad de redimir la estancia debido a eventos de fuerza mayor, incluyendo casos fortuitos, condiciones climáticas severas, fallas en servicios públicos, huelgas, actos de terrorismo, emergencias nacionales, pandemias o regulaciones gubernamentales fuera de su control razonable.

14. MODIFICACIONES
Los Hoteles Participantes se reservan el derecho de modificar, suspender o cancelar la presente promoción en cualquier momento y por cualquier motivo.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promotion: “If Mexico Wins, We All Win”
1. PROMOTION
This promotion is offered by the Participating Hotels (as defined below). Book a stay at one of the following Royalton hotels in Mexico: Royalton Riviera Cancun, Royalton Hideaway Cancun, Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, Royalton CHIC Cancun, Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton, Planet Hollywood Cancun Adult Scene by Royalton, Royalton Vessence Cancun, Mystique Holbox by Royalton and Paraiso de la Bonita (collectively “Participating Hotels”) from April 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026 (“Promotional Period”) for a stay between April 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026.
If the Mexican men’s national association football team wins the final match of the international football tournament to be held on July 19, 2026 (“Final Match”), eligible participants will receive one (1) future complimentary stay at the same hotel you originally booked during the Promotional Period, subject to these terms and conditions.
For purposes of this promotion, the result of the Final Match shall be determined based on the official score published by the corresponding sports authority at the end of the match, regardless of any subsequent reviews, appeals or resolutions.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY
To participate in this promotion, all of the following conditions must be met:

The reservation must be made through Royalton’s website or reservation center, tour operators, travel agents or third party online booking platforms during the Promotional Period for one of the Participating Hotels;
-
The stay corresponding to such reservation must occur between April 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026;
-
The stay must be completed and paid in full. Cancelled reservations or no-shows are not eligible;
-
The promotion applies exclusively to new reservations made during the Promotional Period and does not apply to modifications of existing reservations; and
-
Participants must:
-
Be Mexican nationals, verified by valid official identification;
-
Have made a reservation within the Promotional Period; and
-
Have completed and paid their stay within the eligible period.

Eligibility is determined by the Participating Hotels in accordance with these terms and conditions and such determination shall be final and binding.
3. COMPLIMENTARY STAY
If the Mexican men’s national association football team wins the Final Match in accordance with these terms and conditions, eligible participants will receive one (1) future complimentary stay, subject to the following conditions:

At the same hotel originally reserved;
-
For the same number of nights as the original stay;
-
In the same room category originally reserved or a lower category. If that category is unavailable, a lower category may be assigned based on eligibility, original occupancy, and availability within the promotional inventory allocated;

For the same number of rooms included in the original reservation; and
-
For the same number of occupants (adults and minors) as in the original reservation.
-
For the meal plan corresponding to the original reservation (i.e. all-inclusive or European plan).
Not Permitted:
-
Changes in the proportion of adults and minors.
-
Increase in the total number of occupants.
-
Increase in the number of rooms.
-
Substitution of adults for minors or vice versa.

Room category upgrades.
If the originally reserved room category is not available within the promotional inventory, a lower category that complies with the original occupancy conditions may be confirmed. In such cases, no compensation, refund, rate difference or credit shall apply.
The complimentary stay applies solely to the base lodging rate under the meal plan corresponding to the original reservation (all-inclusive or European plan) and excludes any rate differences arising from seasonal pricing, rate fluctuations, upgrades, or special market conditions.
4. REDEMPTION PERIOD AND RESTRICTIONS
The complimentary stay must be used between January 1, 2027 and December 23, 2027, subject to availability within the promotional inventory allocated, which is limited, controlled and determined exclusively for purposes of this promotion.
Blackout dates
The complimentary stay may not be redeemed during following dates:

March 21, 2027 to April 1, 2027.

September 11, 2027 to September 13, 2027.
Availability is not guaranteed and is subject to availability, which may vary by hotel, season, public holidays, and vacation periods. Restricted dates and inventory limits will be confirmed at the time of the redemption request.
5. REDEMPTION PROCESS
The redemption request must be made at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the requested arrival date. The reservation holder must:

Submit the following by email when making the reservation and present them at check-in:

Original reservation confirmation;

Visible reservation code; and
-
Official photo identification evidencing Mexican nationality.

Additional information may be requested to verify participant eligibility, which must be provided in a timely manner in order to process the request.
6. CONDITIONS OF USE
The original reservation holder must travel. Accompanying guests may be modified, provided that the total number of occupants does not exceed the original reservation and the composition of adults and minors is respected.
Not permitted:

Substitution of adults for minors or vice versa.

Exceeding the original number of guests.
The stay must be used in a single visit and may not be divided into multiple stays.
7. RESTRICTIONS
The complimentary stay is personal and non-transferable. It has no cash value and cannot be redeemable for cash, alternative services or credits. It cannot be sold, assigned or commercialized. It cannot be combined with other promotions or offers, and does not apply to group reservations, events, weddings, conventions or any type of group bookings.
8. EXCLUSIONS
The complimentary stay only includes lodging in the applicable room category and the same meal plan (all-inclusive or European plan) as originally booked at the applicable hotel, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The complimentary stay does not include incidental costs or expenses including, but not limited to, airfare or ground transportation, transfers, excursions, insurance, costs of travel documents, visas or vaccinations, taxes, governmental charges, gratuities and/or hotel incidentals. It also excludes additional services and/or products at the Participating Hotel including, but not limited to, spa services, private cabanas, premium liquors or dining, special experiences, private events, personalized services and/or room upgrades. Any additional consumption during the complimentary stay shall be paid directly by the guest at the Participating Hotel’s prevailing rates at the time of the stay.
9. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
The original reservation must be completed and fully paid to be eligible. Cancellations or no-shows invalidate participation. Changes to the original reservation may affect eligibility. In the event of cancellation of the redeemed stay, it shall be deemed used and cannot be reissued, rescheduled or compensated.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Each Participating Hotel, its operator, tour operator, travel agents, franchisor and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, employees, directors and officers shall not be liable for: (a) any rescheduling, modification, interruption, or cancellation of the sporting event for any reason, or (b) any failure or inability of the participant to redeem the complimentary stay due to force majeure events including, without limitation, acts of God, fire, volcanic eruptions, environmental contamination, severe weather, earthquakes, floods, explosions, utility failures, storms or hurricanes, riots or civil disturbances, strikes, lockouts, or other labor disruptions, failure of third-party service providers, acts of terrorism, war, invasion, or insurrection, national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, or quarantine restrictions, government advisories, actions, or regulations, delays or refusals in permits or authorizations, damage to facilities, or any other unforeseen events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that affect the Participating Hotels’ ability to fulfill its obligations.

13. MODIFICATIONS
The Participating Hotels reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time and for any reason.
