Blue Diamond Resorts has signed a new partnership with HBS, Hospitality Business School America, to bring international certification programs in Culinary Arts and Hotel Management to its team members in Mexico. The agreement was formalized during a signing ceremony at Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort, reinforcing the company’s ongoing investment in developing the next generation of hospitality talent.

HBS is the official representative in Mexico of Vocational Education and Training (VET) by EHL, the professional training division of École hôtelière de Lausanne, recognized as the world’s top hospitality school. Through this collaboration, an initial group of 20 team members from various resorts across its portfolio in the destination will join a 12-month program focused on developing practical skills, operational leadership, and global service standards.

Weekly in-person classes will take place alongside each team member’s regular responsibilities, with content tailored to the real-world environments of Blue Diamond Resorts. The initiative supports both personal growth and operational excellence, helping ensure every guest encounter is guided by trained, passionate professionals.
